Route 1: train a model on your face
Platforms exist where you upload a set of photos for the tool to learn and iterate on its trained likeness. Tools will ask for more than several photos, so have a good number of clear, consistent-looking images of your face.
This is the route I'd recommend if you want to create AI-generated images of your face on a recurring basis. For a one-off ask, it may be overkill.

Skip the training and just attach a photo or 2, alongside your propmt. This is the fastest, and most often, the freest option.
